    Looking for the following:

    - Content sites with unique content only (articles)
    - Must have PR1+
    - Min of 50 uniques/day, mainly search engines traffic
    - Must provide revenue/traffic stats
    - Clean sites

    Not looking for the following:

    - Proxies, arcades, myspace, etc.
    - No blackhat or questionable SEO techniques
    - No "made for Adsense" junk sites

    Budget: Up to 100$

    So is you have half-developed or somewhat abandoned sites kicking around the web, this is the perfect time to get rid of 'em ;)
