    Hi,

    I need to buy an established content rich website with some decent traffic. the site has to be fairly priced and should meet the following specs :

    1. Decent organic traffic
    2. Good amount of content
    3. Nice design (has to be presentable)
    4. If possible , some earning
    5. No adult , MFA , Warez , Pharmacy sites, Small Blogs required

    The site can be any kind of site, like Celebrity , Entertainment , News Portal, Maps, Educational or anything related.
