    Hello all,

    I'm looking for a new or established site.

    Must be on 1 of the subjects below.

    Construction
    Building
    Real estate Developers (not a classifieds site or a listings site but more on the building of homes if you know what i mean.)

    Also workwear/ppe/equipment affiliate sites but cant be ebay or amazon.

    Looking for a nice clean site with some/lots of content.Or a brand new site with some potential.

    Not intrested in php link directory sites/article based sites unless the script/cms it runs on is unique.

    Ebay/amazon affiliate sites are a no no.

    I'll look at anything as long as it meats the above.

    Looking for a site at $100-$450 or so i'll pay more if you can provide proof of income/traffic for at least 5 months.

    (i#ll also look at computer/internet security related sites (spyware/viruses/hacking etc.. type sites but must have some sort of admin panel for eay updating.)
