    • No porn, warez, video sites, downloads, myspace, proxies, ect
    • Must be over a year old
    • Must have consistent traffic/revenue
    • Not looking for an adsense revenue site
    • Still growing
    • Not fully monetized
    • Accept Paypal for payment
    Budget is up to $5,000 and looking for something that makes around $750 a month.
