Hey, I am the owner of the site and really happy to see someone liking the site to ask for a clone of it . It's a running a Woo Object theme. I believe you can get that for free. Thank you. But credit mostly goes to Woo themes and many plugin developers. I have made a site from scratch with my own design but it is horrible as compared to this. Yes it is Wordpress. I am never going back to creating websites from scratch
