    The budget is upto $150 per site (maybe more if it's realy good).

    Traffic or Revenue are less important. The content is important - It must be unique, not a turnkey or anything..

    What would be an example of "Really good" and what is the cut off point of your budget?
    Are you just looking for content on any old domain, or are you looking for Dynamic domains with content to add to a network, or portfolio?

    Something unique that none/not many has. Not a turnkey or known scripts. Community is good, unique concept and/or content as well..

    I'm not sure what do you mean by "dynamic domains" but i'm looking for established websites.

    The budget i set is for almost non revenue/traffic sites. I can go upto $1000 if there's also a revenue that justifies it.
