WTB: Cheap Traffic

    I want to buy cheap traffic.
    Majority must come from: USA, Canada or UK
    Traffic MUST be real. Could be from 404 or pop ups.
    Would prefer it to also be category targeted (webmaster related)
    Would like to first pay around $10 to test the traffic. Then I will offer more money.
    Could pay via CC, Paypal or epassporte.

    PM me with offers.

    Edit: also want the hits to be unique.
