    @Cameron - my budget is around ~$10

    @ZaxiHosting - maybe unrealistic.

    this is really for non-mission critical stuff. i want to throw some low-paying proxy traffic at it. currently i am just blocking all that traffic. if soemone has some extra space and bandwidth, let me know. if my traffic gets out of hand, i can throttle it down.
