[WTB] Cheap Offshore VPS

    I am looking for a cheap offshore VPS to host a warez linking website. Please suggest me where I could get:

    512 MB guaranteed RAM or maybe 256 MB
    at least 12gig HD space
    at least 50gig BW.
    fair CPU usage (at least 500mhz)

    Budget <= $15

    256MB will be more reasonable i'm sure you will be able to find this kind of requirements for 15$, you will surely need to ask provider about custom VPS because the specs are really low.

    I believe you need to work on your budget. With the such budget will be impossible to have decent web hosting account
