WTB CHEAP offshore dedicated server

    Hey, i am looking to lease a cheap offshore dedicated server that i can use for to host torrent trackers and whatnot on. I cant use a VPS, as i want to install openvz on the server, so i can offer offshore vps`s. Please post your offers here, and I really do mean CHEAP.

    When i say cheap i mean the cheapest that you can offer, that is reasonable speced.
