    Looking to buy a site that offer free web hosting. Would like the site to support banner/adsense ads.

    No traffic/revenue is fine (actually preferred)
    Not looking to spend more than $100 on this.

    Not looking for free image hosting sites. I want a site that lets people signup and host their web page.

    script license for such site won't be less than 99$ so for your budget you just can start it from scratch

    you will even need to spend more in domain + hosting + advertising so don't expect too much from your 100$ budget
