WTB: cgi proxy

I am looking to buy a CGI proxy, I DO NOT want a php proxy so please do not waste my time.

I am looking for a cgi proxy, no traffic or revenue needed but that is always a plus. I want one that is on its own hosting plan that I can obtain from you aswell (i have a dedicated server but I do not want it on that). Please send me url, traffic and revenue stats if any, and asking price.

Also I am interested in the service of someone simply installing a cgi proxy on one of my domains. This person would have to have done it before, obviously, and set me up with a hosting company that allows this on a shared plan. If you can do this for me please PM me. I would like to know your experience with this and how much you would do it for. Thank you
