    I am looking to purchase a candle store type of site and I am willing to pay a good price for it. The site must meet the following requirements:

    1. Site must indexed by Google.
    2. Site must be making at least $25.00 a month for the last 3 months.
    3. Domain name must be a dot com.

    I am looking to purchase the site for a client and the budget is up to $5,000.00
