WTB Business sites with low revenue - Good+ traffic

Looking to buy business type sites which aren't producing good revenue but got some traffic. 50-100+ uniques a day preferred at lowest.

I will buy web hosting sites, tutorial sites, adsense/adwords/marketing related, seo, computers and other business categories. These sites should have some sort of content on them. I do NOT want sites that are just one or two pages and stuffed with clickbank products. They must have some content. Sites with unique tools and products I am very interested in.
