Why are you sending out that many emails? You will need a dedicated server for that, because that many emails will cause a server to overload, and it will be to risky for any host with shared clients on the server to give you that capability. What is your budget per month?
No shared hosting will allow you to send that much as it may overload the server. You might want to consider a VPS
is 5000 a day that big a number? it is something like 208 mails/hour. my host (shared) allows a maximum of 500 mails/hour. there must be some hosts who would allow 5000/day on shared hosting too.

my host is micfo.com, but they have changed their plans/features availability recently. You should clarify with the support about their mail sending limits.
