[WTB] Bulk Blog commenting. Niche related only

Hello,
I need bulk blog commenting service from a reputable dp member and i prefer to work with someone who can show me some past sample work and past references about the work.
I want 200-370 MANUAL blog comments so let me know your rates separately for 200 blog comments and 370 comments as well. Niche is Student loans consolidation.
I just want niche related blog comments and dofollow as well but PR does not matter. Although blog must be active and working fine and try to do it on atleast PR 1.
I also want to know the approval rate and looking for 80%+ approval rate.
If you say you can do 80% approval then you must provide me with a report that has atleast 50-60% approval already.
My budget is around $80-100 and i can pay in the form of batches like after every 50 comments or so. Also let me know the timeframe to get it done.

Please read all the above and then message me. I don't want people who just read the title and know nothing about my requirements.
Once again i just want niche related comments only and 5-10% can be on general blogs as well.
