WTB Blogs/Sites making 100$ or more per month

I am interested in buying 25 Sites/Blogs. Please read all the points clearly before you send me the PM as this will save time for both the parties.

The Sites/Blogs:

1. Should be making 100$ per month or more without any sort of advertising.
2. 100$ minimum revenue should be from Adsense, and Yahoo only.
3. Income should be steady for the past 3 months.
4. I do not have a budget in mind but will pay based purely based on the revenue of the site.
5. The Site/Blogs should be Technology, News, Health/Medical related only.

7. No new Blogs please. Only established ones launched atleast 8 months back.
