    I'm looking to buy sites that are making between $10-$15 per month, they must not be banned from Adsense, no adult of course and no history of copyright infringement.

    I am mainly looking for blogs, but if there are any nice sites with a backend/CMS I'd be interested as well.

    Hello Allen,

    How many months revenue do you normally go on something like this and do you care about the age of the site? The reason I ask is we have the ability to create some automatic blogs that do decent with adsense. However, because we pay for the labor involved we usually opt for something more profitable. While the sites make more than they cost to build in the long run it is much better for us to sell them and move on to other projects. This leaves us with more cashflow to work with.
