WTB: blog links, social bookmarking, directory submissions

    I have a limited advertising budget and I am looking for someone who can get me links with desired anchor text on blogs, directories or social bookmarking sites. Or preferrably all the above.

    Will prefer it if you can include examples of sites you have provided services for and how their links have improved ranking.
