{Closed, designer selected. Thanks!} I have a wordpress installation with a thesis template. In the template I've added an HTML input form with about 8 questions (this is my way to convert my traffic). The submitted form runs a calculator that then allows them to 'get more information' and submit their stats. Here's what I need: - in the WP template, the form that I'm using, I need it prettied up via CSS - just the form. You won't need to hack the WP code or even be involved in it. I just need you to take everything between <form> and </form> and make it look nice and blend with the rest of the theme. The existing css files are available. The current problem is that the css for the rest of the page is being inherited into the form fields and it looks poor. So basically this part of the job is take the form HTML, add some 'class=XXXX' into the table and the form tags, then provide the CSS for me to dump into the external css file. - in this same form, I'd like a noticeable submit button (I'll provide the text). Since this form is what converts my traffic, I need it noticeable and I think having a nice submit button will help that. I don't care if the submit buttton is done via CSS or via an image. I don't want too loud, but maybe something 2.0'ish would be OK. I'm open to suggestions as long as it's not loud but does draw attention. - When the form is submitted if there are errors, we return to a page that just contains the form. So I need you to look at the WP template, and give me a very basic page that doesn't look completely out of place with the rest of the site and basically just contains the form once again (same form as noted above). In other words, just a static page containing the above form that doesn't look completely out of place with the actual template (though it doesn't have to be the WP actual template). - if the form does work, it produces a calculator. This page is already designed. However they can 'get more details' from this page. Clicking on that button takes them to another HTML form on a distinct page. That page I need done as a static HTML page (can include css but doesn't have to). So basically another page that doesn't look to out of place with the site that includes a nice looking form. Probably can just reuse the same page as the error on input page noted above. - after they submit that info, they get a thank you page that I need the HTML for. In summary: - clean up a form so that it looks nice and blends in with the current WP theme. Add a nice submit button. - generate three more pages that are basically identical with the following content: two will contain a form and a bit of text, and the third will just have a paragraph of text. I gotta figure this is a 1-3 hour job. If you're interested, give me a quote, timeframe, and maybe a link or two to some stuff you've done - PM me please. Thanks!
