I'm looking at possibly getting another server setup, this time with more bandwidth. Whether shared or dedicated bandwidth, it should have at the minimum 5TB bandwidth. I know that some companies have direct fiber connections and can easily do this. Unmetered is fine, but I do not want to pay too much for this... Please PM or post offers. Thanks!
I just made a post about a server I have for sale/rent here I could give you 6.6TB/mo + the server listed in the thread above for 300$/mo. (this would be on a 100mbit port) Also, shared bandwidth and dedicated bandwidth are not the same thing. If the bandwidth is shared, you're less likely to be able to use 5TB a month, when they sell shared bandwidth it usually falls under 'unmetered'. You should be careful about this, if many people decide to use their connection at once you will not be able to get the bandwidth needed for your use. By 5TB of bandwidth, I just want to verify that you mean 5 Terrabytes of usage monthly correct? My quote above is for 6.6 Terrabytes of usage on a 100mbit port meaning you can use up to 100mbit or around 10-12megabytes a second of download and upload speed as long as your total 95th percentile usage does not exceed 6.6TB or around 20mbit.
From the Easynet DC in Amsterdam: P4 3.0ghz 2gb ram 250gb harddisk 100mbit full duplex connection 5TB traffic EUR 199 / month Linux OS included. Option Direct-Admin installation for free as well.
