First let me start off by saying I'm not interested in paying a coder to do one customized currently. I am looking for something that is already created, and hence has a lower price than a high value personal coded system. Second let me say that I am looking for something more than an image gallery script that simply supports small images. What I am looking for is something that was specifically written to have a avatar and/or icon site that people can download avatars and/or icons. Does anybody know where to find such a website script? Thanks for any links!
