WTB: At least three sites

Hi All,

I want to buy some sites as mentioned in the subject. Technology, health, gaming are my preferences. Blogs will do. The only condition is that the sites have been up and running for at least 10 months and traffic is at least 50 to 100 uniques per day. Revenue does not matter...budget is up to $300, but if the site is right for me, then I'll add more to this amount.

I have one health site,but i have just developed it 5 months back and its just in my server. Since,i have not marketed it well,or used the site,i want to sell it now.
Its based on a great Niche also,i.e,of Weight Loss and its a health related site.

Revenue Generation
The site has been generating revenue from multiple sources - mainly adsense and affiliate programs. On the home page I have optimized adsense ads in the sidebar and an affiliate banner rotation script just above the content - where I display affiliate banners from CJ and Neverblueads.

On the blog, I have used a mix of adsense and amazon. The adsense ads are optimized such that 2 ad units appear within the blog posts at random locations and in random ad sizes (to avoid ad blindness) and a third adsense ad unit (300x250) is on the sidebar. I also use the BayRSS wordpress plugin to display related related amazon products within the blog posts, e.g. this post (use it only in some posts to avoid spamming). Of course, best results for amazon sales have come from the online fitness shop

Summary
Health and fitness are medium paying keywords on adsense. The website in total is well optimized for generrating leads from health/fitness related affiliate programs. The site is PR 2 and you can also sell links if you want. As mentioned, almost a year old and if you work a little more on it, you can deinfitely make handsome profits from it.
