I think that's custom made... however the whole way the site is set out looks very similar to a pets version of the site... probably the same people. However if you're wanting a Classified Adverts script then why not check out the ones in the HotScripts Classified Adverts section? There's free ones and paid ones in there.
i hate such sites with big flashing gif's.. it sucks in 2008. if i were you.. i would search in for a classified plugin for wordpress.. there would be some component in joomla for this purpose too.. good luck for your project
