    looking to buy an article or directory site..must have the following..
    pr3 and up for article site
    pr4 and up for directory
    not banned by any SE or adsense
    nice style and layout would be nice
    If article site,one with some custom bells and whistles to seperate it from other sites
    any income of $30 a month and up
    Please PM me with what you have,url any proof of traffic,revenue ect.
    I have about $1000 to $1800 to spend
