    Well, mainly the database of the forum, but if the site has some unique features, perhaps more than that. Can be anime, manga, role playing games, etc.

    For the most part the software of the forum doesn't matter. Same with size. I do prefer the site to have good discussion, though. Eitherway, give it a shot.
