Hey guys and gals. It's once again time for me to change the header banner on my anime blog. For those who do not know I change my banner with the seasons. The current header is oriented to winter and anime. I'm looking for someone who can design a nice spring banner for under $15 (paypal only). This banner, like I said needs to be designed with the season spring in mind, as well as anime (popular anime if possible). I would like more of an anime feel than my currrent banner if possible (i'll link to it below).
