{WTB} Anchor Text Based Directory Listing

    I am looking for an expert who can manually submit an 'anchor text' based URL into directories within in relevant and general directories.

    I would like the categories to be target as best as possible and for those categories to have PR or better even those pages for the listing.

    I am looking for approx 500 - 700 directories.

    I will pay well for the person who can do this job well and is willing to put thought into what is said above.

    It has to be anchor text based URL no other type of listing will do.

    isnt all links based on an anchor text ? Im not sure I understand your request. Care to explain further ?

    Not necessarily, some are a description and the URL only and the anchor text is not used. I do not want this.
