    If youre planning to get a reseller account for those things, you wont find any reliable server. 99% are oversold. and servers are being abused by users with rapidleech, etc etc.

    Just get a small vps ! there are many offshore vps providers out there !

    It is better to go for a VPS than some Alpha reseller account.

    I think for the all stuff you have mentored better use dedicated server or huge VPS
