[WTB] Almost any site that looks decent

I'm looking for a site or two that i can promote instantly, so it must have at least some content, decent design & look complete, so any site will potentially do, except directories as i already have enough of those. Sites must not be banned from any SE or ad-network.

I'm also interested in sites that make money via Paypal & not those long sales page sites
