WTB - Aged Content/Membership Sites

hi everyone,
i would like to get some offers for my specific request.
Best range is xxx-low x,xxx per site, overall budget is mid xx,xxx, but i think it's not so important, the point is that i am looking for couple of good sites.

I am looking for aged unique content/membership websites. I have no specific niche, but some specs are required to be fulfilled:

- at least 1yo sites;
- not banned from any ad program/not in any blacklist/no blackhat techniques;
- original content/unique idea;
- if it is paid or free membership site - XX or more subscribers;
- stable traffic (amount is less important, i prefer that search engine traffic will be 30-50% (other from links or direct access);
- pagerank is 1 or more.
