    The host must have a track record and a website where I can view the packages.

    If you're sure that it will only be used by under a hundred people then any proxy host should be ok. If you want to be doubly sure though I would recommend WDServers VPN packages or otherwise go with TMZ Hosting. Read up on some reviews at ProxyHost.org
