    Why fail? I never heard that people failed when registering Adwords, but I know a lot of people failed when registering Adsense. What's the problem when you try to register your account?

    For some reason Google has banned me. For reasons unknown to me. I had 1 late payment and since then i've been literally begging google to charge my card. This is my question Can I pay for managed PPC?
