WTB Advertising for a new forum

I am launching a new forum and don't know how I can drive some initial traffic to it to get it started properly.
I need both a strategy (what should I do?) and accordingly I would be willing to buy advertising on websites that can drive targetted traffic to my forum.
My forum is about Payment processing and specially Payoneer (a new payment system). Here is the link to my forum: http://forum.ipayoneer.com
I can spend from $10 to $100 on that!

 

For these type of topics, you can hire some forum posters who can spice up your forum.

I would recommend getting a new forum skin first, the default one is very standard. Also, perhaps hire some good PHPBB workers / modders who could help you with making your forum a little more unique (post in the services forum, there are usually always people with the skills to do it).

Just make sure you find someone good.

As for forum posting, head over to content creation and make a job offer there. Be sure you mention no spam and that you will individually check each post made by members before payout.
