WTB: Advertisements on 'Twitter Apps' Sites

    As mentioned in the title

    I've got a huge budget, so just let me know whatever you pay. And, no I am only paying fair pricing, and not overpaying. I will pay monthly, and depending on the volume and ad placement will determine how much I will pay upfront.

    My site is a Twitter App, which is available for all ages so don't worry it is completely relevant.

    Don't want:
    - Twitter 'Adult' Apps
    - CPC of over 0.50
    - CPM of over 0.10
