WTB: Adsense Sites Making $xxx to $xxxx Monthly

    Hello - I'm looking to buy some websites that generate revenue through adsense.

    About 10x monthly revenue would be my budget. (Obviously, for a very established or otherwise unique site, I'll pay more.)

    I don't want any MFA sites.

    I don't understand your offer.
    You are looking for a site that makes say $12,000 a year, but you only want to pay $10,000 for it? is that correct?
    Or is your budget within the going rate for sites over a certain age?

    PPC has fluctuated over the last year between $24 and $42.

    I don't have time to really "blow it out", and would like to sell it at a fair price to finance other projects
    It will make around $1000 a year if you take it apart and park it, but if you leave it alone it makes 3x that or better.

    Looking for $8k for it...will make a great deal for a quick transaction, (meaning not the month and a half of escrow) at $6,500, as is, out the door.
