    I am willing to buy a content based website being monetized through Google Adsense.

    Requirements:
    • Site must be earning $500 to $1000 per month (from Adsense).
    • I am willing to pay 10 months revenue.
    • Site should have unique content.
    • Payment would be thru escrow and both will share the fee.
    • Not looking for forums/community/games/celebrity/pictures/wallpapers etc.
    • My budget is $5,000 to $10,000.
