    dont know but cant we apply via a site which already serve adsense or use to serve it? but not been actually used to get application approved

    Yes you can use it, but you need to remove the adsense code first before applying for a new adsense account.

    just take my advice Google Love thier Products To Get Approved Follow this steps and you can join
    1: create Free Gmail Account and Google Account
    2: Signup For Blogger
    3: Creat New Blog Add Some Articles But more than 1
    4: Appy for adsense from blogger Control Panel
    and Get the mail after three days that you Approved
    Try It And Keep the 50$ Hhaha and give me rep
