    Want to buy an somewhat active/active forum. Does not matter if its PHPbb or vbulletin. Has to be active. I Don't care about income. Has to be customizable so that its easy for me to add sitewide links to all pages simply by changing one or two pages. Has to have PR 3 or greater with majority in IBL not from your other sites. Anything related to health/dentistry or video games is a plus which I'm willing to compensate.

    Looking to spend 300-500

    Would you be able to go down to 250 since I would have to spend 160 on a new license. I would have paid 400 if it weren't expiring =(
