[WTB] A website (there must be one that I like)

    I do not trade in websites and want one for myself as a keeper. Therefore I am very particular about the specifics. Budget is open-ended (reasonably :)) depending upon the quality of site. I had posted one WTB thread earlier, but no success. Surely there must be a site for sale that meets my requirements :)

    Requirements:

    1. At least a solid PR5
    2. At least 2 years old
    3. Over $300 pm in adsense revenue
    4. Strictly family-friendly site
    5. Not a forum site
    6. No special programming requirements (maximum PHP + MYSQL)
    7. Not related to computer and video games
    8. Must not need more than an hour's work daily to maintain
    9. Payment will be made in 2 days (if in India). Sending money abroad may take more time
    10. No content that may possibly have copyright issues
    11. No advertising costs

    Phew! OK I am tired, now need some rest.
