Userlevel: Customer - should just be able to see projects assigned by admin/employee, example; only project A and C.. not B, D, E etc.. It's a an extremely interesting and BIG project which needs a solid budget. We need to create a project proposal / documentation describing the entire website and functions. To Code this from scratch it might take over 200 man hours. Our rates are 15$ USD per hour. I am not finalizing or mentioning any fixed price, it's just a rough sketch, We need to prepare feature list and calculate accordingly. Such type of collaboration softwares are also available, we can take features from there. Many payment gateways, and fraud check systems may be needed.
