WTB A review site - traffic and earnings don't matter

    I am looking to buy a review website, should be completely built. I don't care about traffic or earnings, or even whether it's monetized or not, so ofcourse I will give preference to lower-priced websites. It should not be banned from Google or anything like that.

    I need one that has reviews and ratings features built in.

    Thanks for the link, they all look good, but outside my scope. I am looking for a review website. Can be generic or specific. I need one that has reviews and ratings features built in.
