WTB a easy to manage SITE for upto $50,000+-

I am looking for easy to manage site which is at least a year old and is making at least $500 PM preferably through Adsense. I am willing to pay up to 10/12 times the monthly earnings and I can pay over $50,000 if I really like the site.

Please PM your site and I will only consider sites meeting the above-mentioned criteria.

Twelve times 500 is but $6K so I'm assuming that revenue isn't the only criteria? If it is, you're missing some other great potential IMO.

For example, I have a site that isn't fully monetized and only makes about 600 monthly in AS and then another 500 in link sales, but it was appraised by Sedo at $45000 and that was NOT taking into consideration any revenue, content, etc. - it was mostly based on traffic, commerce potential, site/domain age, length, etc.

I can go little higher than "10/12 times" if I see potential (like the site sold yesterday Zeldauniverse , which I missed by couple of minutes).
