Hi all I either want to purchase an established dating site or have one created. I want it to of course have an admin control panel, some type of payment processor (accept paypal/credit cards), be able to offer limited things to free members and then allow them to upgrade to paid. If you can create me a site like this please post your price + time estimate to complete it.
