    Do you have a website that you have never considered selling? well I am going to try and tempt you with $70,000

    I am looking for sites that are:

    * at least one year old
    * Not proxy or arcade sites
    * Not PRON sites
    * Make at least $500 per month profit

    Do NOT contact me if your site does not match the above.

    Have a think how $70,000 will change your life, and then send me a PM with your site details.

    ps: I am not interested in joint ventures either.

    deano6410, I have perfect sites I could offer you. Clean, old, with quality and original content, running on auto-pilot, with long history of earnings, good PR, thousands of long-standing IBLs, clean history with Google, etc. - the type of site that you hardly ever get advertised here at DP!

    But sites like that don't go for the usual 12 - 15x that crap sites here sell for.

    What type of multiple are you looking at?

    Ive got a site that meets 3 of the 4 criteria, the only thing though is that its only been around since November, PM me if youre interested. Of course the selling price is far below $70,000

    Haha, I've tried posts like this before, and the only thing really it did was get a lot of people out of the woodwork who have wildly inflated opinion of the value of their site. I bet you'll get a lot of PMs from people who think that their no-traffic site is magically worth exactly your budget. lol

    well while we joke about selling houses, id just like to add, that last year i bought an apartment for $100k and in 8 months the value has increased by another $80k, so maybe its time to get out of the web game and into good old bricks and mortar

    I have a very old and profitable site that you might be interested in.
    However, I wont be able to sell until the summer as I dont have any time until then to carry out negotiations and escrow transfer. Let me know if you are still interested in June.
