[WTB] $30 Paypal - New Navigation menu for site

The "Contact Us" button on the top-top side follows the screen as it moves down. You can see it work here on the live site with the old header (http://BayAreaPcRepair.com)

I'd like to have a menu on the right side with buttons for navigation.

It should have the following buttons: "Contact Us" (which should stand out from the other ones, either by color, size, or both), "Reviews", "Pictures" and "Videos". Size can be however large you feel it should be.

I'd like there to be something innovative or just interesting about the menu, not just 4 identical buttons with text over them. It should ADD to the theme of the site, not subtract. They don't have to be squares, rectangles, can be anything.

Contest will last for 72 hours.

The whole navigation will follow the screen? or only the contact us button?
Or will there be two contact us buttons, one moving, the other the part of the navigation?

Do you want the navigation to start from the top or on the right side?
