    Hello,

    I am looking to buy sites making 30$+ a month in revenue. Site must show adsense revenue (doesn't need to be the total revenue of course but has to be some to show not banned as I will put adsense ads on it).

    1 month (full 30 days+) proven revenue will pay 10x
    2 month 11x
    3 month 12x
    > 3 months will discuss in private.

    I also don't want high maintenance sites so if it requires a lot of hours per week, not interested. Typical maintenance/operational time expected and OK.

    I have some sites that do low to mid $xx per month, zero maintenance and most with history of over 3 months, and stability or consistent growth. They range from niche directories to celebrity fansites etc. PM me if you would be interested. Thanks.
