[WTB] $20 Paypal - New header for my site.

This is my small business (just me) that i run. And im trying to get my site touched up a little.

Lately the header has been bothering me. It isn't especially relevant to pc repair (It's the golden gate bridge, which is from the bay), and the "Bay Area PC Repair" text doesn't look to hot either. What i do like however is the color and position of the "Call us (408)457..." text.

I'd like to replace everything in that area if possible with something better and more relevant, but still keep the information (title, phone number, hours) present. Also it should probably go along with the style of the rest of the page. It can all be just one big image.

First contest I'm making, not sure what I'm doing.

EDIT: Should have probably said this. The width should be at least 770px since that's the max width of the site. And the height should be anywhere from 150-260px.
