    Hi guys,
    I need to buy 18 domains ASAP , with these following criteria :

    - contains keywords within the domain name (HPK is more prefferable)
    - must be aged (at least 4 months)
    - must be .COM domain
    - registar : godaddy.com or name.com (more prefferable)
    - not banned from any search engine

    *payment will be made thru paypal only

    I am also interested in picking up an existing domain/site. I am a serious buyer. Here is the criteria in order of importance:

    1) domain name NOT blacklisted
    2) at least 7 years old - continual renewal all along
    3) no hyphens, dashes or numerals in domain name
    4) at least 5 existing pages on the site now and through the last 2 years, as can be verified at archive.org
    5) existing backlinks - .edu or .gov or DMOZ/yahoo directory backlinks a plus... (i go to backlinkwatch.com, google and yahoo to see these)
    6) PR of 3 or better

    budget? from small to quite considerable (high hundreds), depending on how well the offered domain matches desired criteria...
