    I am looking to buy a top website, preferably around the 10K Alexa mark - I know ppl will ask this so - Yes I Have the Budget if the Site is Right

    My prerequisites are:

    No illegal sites, warez, torrent etc
    No MySpace related (Proxies and Arcades possible but dont expect top dollar)
    Very minimal work required
    English language
    Old mature established domains favoured
